Purpose
These terms and conditions set out the basic rules pertaining to the relationship between GEN PLAY Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as “GEN PLAY” or the “Company”) and the customer’ use of the services provided including online games, GEN PLAY ID (“Account”), official website services, and the like (hereinafter referred to as “Service.”)
These terms and conditions only apply to online games and services on/through GEN PLAY’s official websites.
- The customer agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Company.
- The customer shall not engage in any conduct that is unlawful or contrary to the tradition, customs and moral standards of society, including but not limited to, impersonating the Company and spreading false information.
- The customer agrees not to use any name, mark, or other designation that is likely to confuse with the Company or any government, religious, political organization, tradition, custom, or moral.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions Agreement
By selecting “Agree” below, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and grants permission for the Company to process the customer’ membership application and install the software. Failure to accept these terms shall result in denying membership and software installation. membership shall be deemed complete upon the customer' acceptances of these terms and the Company's subsequent approval.
Account Registration and Agreement
The customer must provide complete and accurate information as required. Any false information will result in the forfeiture of all rights and benefits. To apply for the service, please follow the steps below:
- The customer must provide accurate information. The name and surname must match those on the government-issued ID card. The use of another person's name and surname for application is prohibited.
- All other information, such as email address and phone number, provided in the registration form must be accurate and truthful.
- The customer shall not disclose the Account’s information to any third party.
- Any false or inaccurate personal information will result in the denial of services or benefits.
- The customer shall be solely responsible for the security of their Account (ID) and Password.
- The customer is not permitted to modify the Account (ID) nor transfer it to another party.
- All GEN PLAY ID ("Account") data, passwords, and in-game items associated with the account are the property of the Company. The Company merely grants the customer the rights to use the account, password, and items for the duration of the service, and the Company reserves the right to modify, reclaim, suspend, or terminate such license at any time.
- The customer agrees to maintain the security of their GEN PLAY ID (“Account”) and password. The customer shall be solely responsible for any damages or losses arising from any unauthorized use, sell, exchange, or transfer of the Account. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such unauthorized activities.
User Information Modification
By modifying any registration information, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
User Rules
The customer acknowledges and agrees to play the Company’s games and use the Company’s websites and services for lawful purposes and agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities as further specified herein.
- The customer shall not use external software, programs, scripting, or any other tools that are illegal when playing the Company’s games and using the Company’s services and websites.
- The customer shall not harass, abuse, threaten or cause inconvenience to other members.
- The customer shall not disclose any other customer's information without the express consent of the Company or such other customer.
- The customer shall not publicly disclose any personal information, whether their own or that of others, as such disclosure shall be considered a breach of this Agreement.
- The customer shall not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to hacking, advertising for financial gain, or operating any sexually suggestive or obscene website. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the customer’ actions.
- The customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The customer shall not distribute malware, virus, Trojans, worms or other harmful software, nor shall hack or deceive other customers to obtain in-game items, currency, or other virtual property for personal gain or the benefit of others.
- The customer shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with the Company's operations or violates any other terms of this Agreement.
- The customer shall not engage in any fraudulent activities against the Company.
- The customer shall not represent oneself as any other person, including but not limited to employees of the Company.
Intellectual Property Right
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that GEN PLAY is the service provider and holds the right over all intellectual properties related to games and services on/through GEN PLAY’s website.
- The customer shall not copy, edit, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of GEN PLAY’s properties.
- The customer shall not perform any act that infringes upon or violates GEN PLAY’s intellectual properties, whether for their own benefit or for the benefit of others.
The Company reserves all rights to take legal action. Any use of the game, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, adaptation, public display, or redistribution in any form, is strictly prohibited without the Company’s prior written consent. This includes any act that causes direct or indirect harm to the Company.
The Company’s Business Hours
The Company operates from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM GMT+7 except when maintenance for the games, websites, and systems is necessary. In case such maintenance is required, the Company will notify the members of the maintenance period through the official Facebook page of each game.
Order Cancellation and Top-up Refund
- If the customer encounters any issues, such as non-receipt of the goods or receipt of incorrect goods, the customer must notify the Company immediately or within three (3) days from the date of the transaction. If the customer does not notify the Company within the specified timeframe, the Company shall deem it as acceptance of the goods in good order and condition.

The customer may report any issues related to top-ups or purchases through the Support System at https://support.genplay.in.th/. The Company will investigate and provide a response within three (3) business days from the date and time of the report from the customer.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any cancellation or refund request for top-up purchases in all cases where the customer has used or consumed any portion of the goods or items in the order, including where the goods have been received for more than 3 days (as stated in Clause 1).
- The Company reserves the right to suspend the Account of the customer if it is determined that the customer has attempted to cancel and order or request a refund in violation of the Terms of Service.
Service Termination
The customer who wish to terminate their service must contact the Company directly.
In the event that the customer violate the following terms of service, The Company may terminate or suspend the customer’ access to the services or impose temporary ban without prior notice.
- In the event of the dissemination of malware, viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malicious tools, or any hacking activities that result in damage to the system.
- In the event of unauthorized use of another party’s Account and password.
- In the event of unauthorized use of another person’s personal information to register for the Account.
- In the event of intentional disruption of the Company’s operation or the provision of false information.
- In the event of using the services to gain political or social interest.
- In the event of any conduct that is contrary to public morals, national interests, religion, political organizations or other organizations.
- In the event of causing harm, defamation or embarrassment to another person.
- In the event of dissemination of any information or advertising material that causes damage, defamation, or the spread of false information, or that otherwise hinders the service in any way.
- In the event of infringement upon another person’s or customer's intellectual properties.
- In the event of unauthorized copying or reproduction of the Company’s data.
- In the event of exploiting bugs, hacks, modifying game clients, or using third-party software.
- In the event of violation of the Company’s Term of Service or any applicable law.
- In the event of impersonating or falsely representing oneself as the Company’s employee.
- In the event of buying or selling in-game items for real money.
- In the event of the sale or transfer of GEN PLAY ID without the Company’s consent.
- In the event of creating the Account to harass or disturb others including the use of vulgar, obscene, or offensive language.
- In the event of inappropriate names for clubs and guilds, containing vulgar, obscene, or offensive language that is contrary to community standards. (In this case, the Company reserves all rights to disband such clubs and guilds without prior notice.)
- In the event of violation of other agreements not specifically listed in this agreement (no. 1-17). The Company reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action.
Right to Revise Terms
The Company may modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service of this website at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion. The visitor to the website should therefore review the agreements regularly to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to access the website after any such modifications, amendments, or updates, the visitor agrees to be bound by the revised terms and conditions in all respects.
Right to Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at GEN PLAY. To better protect your rights, the Company has established a Privacy Policy that outlines our privacy practices. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how GEN PLAY collects and uses data related to your account and/or your use of our services. By accessing or using our services or agreeing to these terms of service, you consent to GEN PLAY's collection, use, disclosure, processing, and/or transfer of your content and personal data to third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The customer acknowledges and agrees that GEN PLAY shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from any cause or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, network problems, technical difficulties, or data loss resulting therefrom, as well as any inaccuracies, malicious software that may harm the customer or the customer' data, whether caused by third parties, technical errors, force majeure, unauthorized access to computer systems, or any other cause.
